Waldron H. Rand & Company, P.C. (“Waldron Rand”, “we”, “our” or “us”) is committed to safeguarding your privacy.  This privacy policy describes how WALDRON RAND collects and uses the personal information provided to WALDRON RAND by you, along with how you can access and update this information.

We will endeavor to fulfill your request within a reasonable timeframe, although some personal information may persist in backup copies for a certain period of time and may be retained as necessary for legitimate business purposes or to comply with legal obligations. In order to correct, amend or delete any of your personal information, you will need to first provide sufficient identifying information to WALDRON RAND.
