Nicole joined Waldron Rand in 2006 and specializes in providing tax and assurance services to a variety of privately held businesses and individuals located in the U.S. and abroad. She focuses on small businesses led by women and/or husband-and-wife teams, helping to guide them through complex business situations as well as a variety of tax planning matters.
Nicole is also experienced in M&A advisory. She understands all stages of the M&A process, including supporting clients through due diligence, modeling the tax implications of an acquisition or a sale, and helping clients liaise with investment bankers, attorneys, and other professionals involved with these transactions.
Nicole earned her B.S. in Corporate Finance and Accounting from Bentley University and her M.S. in Accountancy from the McCallum Graduate School of Business, Bentley University. She is a member of the Massachusetts Society of Certified Public Accountants (MSCPA).
Nicole devotes much of her free time to volunteer work, supporting the Love of Orphans Foundation missions to an orphanage in Bogota, Colombia, and the James C. Holleran Memorial Fund for pancreatic and brain cancer research. Closer to home, Nicole recently joined her local neighbor brigade so she can volunteer in town in addition to enjoying an active lifestyle with her husband, Tom, and their three children.
