Rick Dlugasch

CPA, MST, Shareholder

Rick has decades of hands-on accounting and business experience as a regional accounting firm shareholder, the CFO of a publicly traded mortgage company and, uniquely, as a partner in a real estate development firm. He is a member of the Massachusetts Society of Certified Public Accountants (MSCPA) and the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA). Rick frequently speaks at industry conferences on tax and real estate topics. Rick earned a B.S. in Accounting from Northeastern University and his M.S. in Taxation from McCallum Graduate School of Business, Bentley College.

Rick focuses on corporate and partnership taxation, tax planning for high net worth individuals, international taxation, and accounting, assurance and tax services for closely held corporations. Rick’s extensive knowledge of real estate, technology, and manufacturing provide him with a specialized lens through which to view client challenges and needs.

Rick is adept at looking at the big picture. He finds real world solutions and creatively considers a host of “what if” scenarios to ensure that his clients have the necessary safeguards in place to successfully navigate any economic climate. Rick’s straightforward, practical, low-key style and astute business perspective typify his client centered approach.

Rick lives in Westwood, MA, with his wife, Carole. He is an avid sports fan and roots for Boston teams and the NY Giants. He enjoys an afternoon on the links.
