Bill Kams Waldron Rand

Bill joined Waldron Rand in 1974 and has served as the Firm’s President and Managing partner.  An experienced CPA, Bill specializes in individual, trust and estate matters. Separately, operating in his capacity as an attorney, he provides estate planning and probate services. In addition to his client responsibilities, Bill has led Waldron Rand through significant growth.

In addition to his extensive business knowledge and taxation experience, Bill has a deep understanding of his client’s personal and professional situations. He is able to integrate their goals into practical solutions. Bill’s personal style is characterized by his deeply caring manner and ability to help clients through challenging times. “We are more than accountants, we counsel people and help them find solutions.”

Bill is a long-standing member of the Massachusetts Society of Certified Public Accountants (MSCPA) and the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA). He has served on numerous charitable boards. Bill graduated Cum Laude from Northeastern University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration and obtained his Juris Doctorate at Suffolk University Law School.
