Sarah Dussault

CPA, MST, Director

Sarah joined Waldron Rand in 2003 and has been the Director of Firm Administration since 2012. She has a strong foundation in marketing and is a CPA. Her accounting and tax background enables Sarah to refine Waldron Rand’s systems and hone the administrative team’s productivity, helping Waldron Rand provide client-centric service. She also works tirelessly to cultivate the culture in the firm. In everything Sarah does is her desire to build teams, perfect systems, and make Waldron Rand one of the most desirable firms to work for and with.

Sarah began her career with Be Free, Inc., an early adopter of online marketing. She received her Bachelor of Science in Community Development and Applied Economics from the University of Vermont and has a Masters of Taxation from Bentley University.

Sarah is a member of the Massachusetts Society of Certified Public Accountants and American Institute of CPAs.

Sarah lives in Needham, with her husband and two children. She is actively involved in her community through a number of charitable efforts. In her spare time Sarah enjoys creative endeavors such as arts and crafts and cooking.
