Beth C. Grossman has extensive experience in all aspects of estate planning and estate and trust administration, with a focus on estate, gift, and fiduciary income tax planning and compliance. Beth counsels high-net-worth individuals on sophisticated estate tax minimization and tax-efficient gifting strategies and is adept at related gift tax filing compliance. On estate and trust administration matters, Beth works with fiduciaries and families in the preparation of estate tax returns, post-mortem tax planning, and fiduciary income tax compliance. Operating separately in her capacity as an attorney, Beth advises on and prepares estate planning documents including trusts, wills, durable powers of attorney, and healthcare proxies and also provides probate services.
Beth has been recognized by Super Lawyers as a Rising Star in Estate Planning and Probate (2018–present). She earned a BS in Accounting from Fairfield University (summa cum laude) and a JD from Boston College Law School (cum laude).
Prior to joining Waldron Rand, Beth was a partner at a boutique trusts and estates law firm, with 15 years of experience in estate planning, estate and trust administration, and fiduciary tax compliance matters. Before attending law school, Beth gained tax experience at KPMG in its Federal Tax Department.
Beth lives in Wayland with her husband and two daughters. Outside of work, she enjoys spending family time outdoors and playing tennis.
